Participated in developing the recommendations that make up the City of Houston’s Climate Action Plan. The plan was released on April 22, 2020 – Earth Day. Prior to the release date, I organized a meeting with of eight of the City Council members' Chief of Staff. The meeting was to inform of the release of the Climate Action Plan, the format of the plan and what items were to be voted on by City Council. For Council members that were unable to attend, I arranged calls to cover the missed meeting.
